I know the bars are low glycemic, not sure about them being Gluten free. Hit the NUTRITION facts under the ones you find yummy and see what the ingredients are.

I did the first annual INBF Buckeye Classic last year in Columbus, and it was a fun show for me. THen i looked into it a little bit, and decided to do a WNBF pro qualifier this year through the INBF. They keep you on stage forever, which in my eyes is a good thing, as a female BB i have been shot through mandatories so quick and never moved around, so i appreciate that they really seem to LOOK at you. It is tiring though, my back was cramping up etc.

About my quads...they are always big!! LOL..thanks mom and dad!. I always lift heavy legs one day a week big movements, and then 3 days later i do more isolation machine exercises, keeping them a nice size and a nice shape/separation. So 2 leg days a week and 6 days of cardio keeps them at size.!

Hey Rich! So far so good, started back on the hardcore diet 2 weeks ago, and still trying to get up the nerve for my 2hrs+ cardio nxt week. UGH. weight wise I am happy, and actually happy with my look for 7 weeks out. Just a lot of family picnics, weddings, graduations, birthdays and vacations between now and August1! Might end up wiring my jaw shut LOL!!! How's your prep going? How is preggers!?
