I had a soccer injury in college that kept me from playing, but i kept on with the weight training.
Why I Love It:
Love to feel strong, and it is a great way to releive stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror OFTEN!! I push for heavier weight, more reps, higher intensity. Making sure I am the strongest woman in the gym is great motivation!
