Time to clean up diet and maintain a bit
Posted in Nutrition : Feb 02, 2012 8:27amHit some goals and time to reduce calories soon and work on maintenance a bit before transitioning into a cut.
I nailed some pretty good PRs on my lifts. Incredible really.
Got some nagging injuries still I need to work on. Main one is lower back is killing me and waiting for it to go away. Worry some one is R. ankle. Nothing major but I got an extra bone in there. Pain has had me away from doing cardio but going to bring some light walking back at least as a form of rehab.

...My bulking in the Mass Machines Challenge
Posted in Nutrition : Jan 26, 2012 7:45amMy bulk has been going well in that strength is way up, muscles are def growing. The downer, I increased cals to fast and gained quite a bit around waist. Will deal with this later when I cut.
Love my new split. Its giving me DOMs all over again and my body is responding well.
I figure I will bulk through Feb then go into maint for March and cut late March/early April.

Posted in Nutrition : Jan 11, 2012 11:15amSo I pretty much took Dec off from diet but at this time I also decided instead of recomping I was going to do and worked into a bulk. I didnt track calories through Dec and weight gain got ugly. Quick and dirty +20 lbs.
Ive been tracking now for some of Dec through now and aiming for about 3500 cals. My weight is bouncing around 217 and I admit I did throw on a ton of fat around waist adding 2 inches. Through Jan and Feb I will stay bulking with march being transition and April start the cutting again.
