I guess it's August... just got back from my summer holiday - 2 weeks no exercise. Still, I maxed out and got 10 full pullups. Half what I aimed for, but still an increase over the 3 I started with!
haha, yeah i like it because there are lots of haters syaing its annoying and they always see me post up and cant take it seriously lolool. I want a new one twice as more annoying though. :O maybe have one of my glutes shaking lol.
hmm, well that sounds like a good idea. but how do you put your workout together? cause you said deadlift works pretty much everything, how do you split up your workout week?
well its not that i have anything against it, but when i started working out with friends, dead lifts were jus never part of a workout, so when i was finally able to start comin up with my own workouts, i jus never encorperated them. plus, since no one i workout with does it, i'd rather not learn to do them by trial and error, lol.
yea i definitly looked it over, but honestly, haha that looks so damn confusing. and idk, probably not the best choice, but all i've ever really worked out with is isolation exercises, never many compound. so deadlifts and all that kinda stuff, that rippetoes basically revolves around, kinda makes me a little hesitent.
haha yea. my max bench has been going up like crazy. idk, for quite a while i had a 3 week workout program, but i wasnt aware that it was still completely focused on endurence. i got my shit straight, and im startin to find my max bench isnt as low as i had thought. haha good confidence booster.
