Thanks man, well to be honest, i still have a bad roll down below, that just won't seem to go away. Oh one more thing I do, is some weeks i go real heavy for low reps, and others i high rep for four sets. Everything else in my life is jacked up as usual.

Thanks bro, really. In a nut shell I change the routine weekly, I mean I hit the same body part, but i change every week what i do. I may dead lift one week, and heavy Tbar row the next, I may use dumbells for chest, then straight bar. I decide usually when i get there. Crazy i know, but a strategy to keep my body changing.

Hey bro, ignoring, no. Training is going well now, actually did some light Dead Lifting last week, and back was alright. Switched up to Sumo Style as i noticed it isn't as rough on the lower back. Hope all is well for you. Take care bro. ttyl
