OK strength size and endurance, what more could you want
Goal (Long):
I run a BB/Power lifter mentality, I am not so worried about definition as I am strength size and endurance. Of course I want to look great, but it's not the most important aspect of my exercise routine.
Of course I am not naive and I know that products are manufactured to make money, and sometimes there is more hype than truth. But I decided to try Superdrol NG. Today being my first day. The thing I noticed right off the bat was the inset tells you to take 3-4 caps per day. If I take four, then...
Flat Bench 1 warm up then three sets of 10
Incline Bench 4 sets of 10
Decline Flies 4 sets of 10
Dumb bell pull over 4 sets ten
Cable push downs 4 sets of 10
Abs (Cable Crunches and Hanging Leg raises)
Monday (legs)
Squat 4 sets of 10
Leg Press 4 sets of 10
