What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
immediately following i take Universal Storm - Fruit Punch - 1 scoop with 10 oz water -
ON- 100pct Whey - 3 scoops (when I get home) or Muscle Milk Root Beer. 2 scoops.

I get up and get ready. I workout early. I am self motivated. I feel bad if I do not lift.
