How I Started:
I turned 43 and felt like crap. I was overweight and really never interested in exercising. I hired a personal trainer who motivated me to get stronger and dedicate myself to improving
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of getting better and bigger. Of stretching myself to get better physically
How I Stay Motivated:
I am very self motivated when it comes to exercise. I also like to read about new ways to do things to mix it up
BB Accomplishments:
So far: lost 56 Lbs of fat and am gaining muscle mass. Went from 12' arms to 16' arms. waist from 44 to 33. Chest definition and 44 inches

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
immediately following i take Universal Storm - Fruit Punch - 1 scoop with 10 oz water -
ON- 100pct Whey - 3 scoops (when I get home) or Muscle Milk Root Beer. 2 scoops.

What is it about adding friends on here and you are automatically "stalking" them.  I hate that term.  If anything I am not a stalker.  And for those who are added, and i end up in their "fan" area, can you go in and either add or delete me, lol.  Does this frustrate...

Its been going ok.. i think im about done with my cut.. i didnt get to where i wanted to due to stuff going on in my life.. but im still lean compaired to what i was when i started again.. gonna slowly intro higher starchys into my diet and put on some size... getting strong as **** again as well.. hows your progress goin?
