thanks bro, i usually take some pre-workout supplements like noxplode to get me going and then have a high protein moderate carb whey shake 30 mins after my workout. i just started using cellmass (creatine) lately and have seen significant improvements in my strength. i think diet is the most important factor and getting enough protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs should help drive your body to new heights... good luck and let me know if you have any more questions

i think that is a great speed especially on a mountain bike... make sure you prepared for the course and know how many/steep the hills will be b/c that will be the biggest challenge, great progress and good luck in the race!

hey thanks man,... for abs i work on them everyother day. so i only do abs like 4 or 5 days a week, for the weighted days i use machines at the gym that challenge my abs but let me do around 15-20 reps for 4 sets, i'll do 3 ab machines on that day. for the floor days i will alternate between 4 or 5 ab exercies (like side crunches, leg lifts, regular crunch, etc) and switch every 25 reps for 10 minutes non stop.... good luck and ask me any questions if i was too confusing

hey... yea i did on april 21. what an excellent expreience, there were almost 500 participants. some were hardcore athletes but i had a great time, my swim wasn't the best but i really made up some time on the bike and escpeically the run. I finished in the top 20% of all the competitors and had the 18th fastest run time out of everyone. It was a phenominal experience and it looks like your training is going well!!!

honestly I haven't seen much of an improvement with the BCAA's, I think that they do help me recover a little faster but I'm only taking 2 a day
