How I Started:
I really dont know how to answer this ?ion, I think my answer is like most. I just got to the point where every summer I wanted to wear a 2 part bathing suit and never got to because I thought every time I ate something "oh, this is not much I cant gain a pound eating this." That was on every thing. I never got like 200 lbs or anything but I have that body where everything lb of fat goes to my tummy and out side legs. I can where girl cloths. And this year I want to set an example for my family. Tell them that being healthy is FUN, and worth every moment in the gym.
Why I Love It:
It allows me to hit points in my work out that I want to hit in my life. So as werid as that sounds it helps me practice. Gives me my world away from this on. The best parts, is when you wake up and you can look at your self and not wish you were some one else!
How I Stay Motivated:
Believe it or not I try to stay tuned to fitness magazines and watch movies that I know people have those abs I'm traning for. I hang around people that are into fitness so if I do have that moment of weakness they are there to be like.....STOP that's not good for you. I also keep ab pics around the house
BB Accomplishments:
I dont have any at this time (feb 08)

I am just starting over once more. SAD DAY! Next pic will be much better.
I got lost and moved my life, here we go again..4 real this time!
Loose at least 2 lbs per week. Hit 156lbs by the end of OCT 8th 2008
Goal (Long):
If any goal I have it is to learn to be healthy and stay healthy but I do with all my heart want to see my abs. So, I guess I would have to do this at a 17% body fat measurement?
Doing a work out call 21. It's where you take 2 D.B of your choice weight and you lift your arm as if you were doing a full bicep curl (but you dont) stop in the middle and go back down. Do that 7 times then do one rep going all the way up and do the oppisite. Go half way down and do 7, then do the full bicep curl 7 times but go slow and dont forget to breath.Doing a work out call 21. What calf workout has worked best for you?
I like to work my muscles one at a time so I would say getting a DB and holding it in the same hand that you are working your calf just go down and come up slow.
I'm sure it would be quite the sight, lol. But thanks for the add. And great job of not giving up and forgetting where you want to be. Lots of times when people fall off the wagon, they never get back on. We all fall off from time to time. Glad to see you're back on! :)
I know you can do it! Just stay focused and don't let life get you down! You'll look great. Just focus on that to keep up the motivation and of course keep coming on here. This site is the best no matter what your goals are.
Hi TJ; it may be going slower than you expected but just remember that it's a marathon and not a sprint!
Take it easy, set realistic goals and you'll get there! :)
I did really good last week. Lost 3 pounds! I do have pics for myself. I like to compare when I feel like im not making progress. Pics show me that I am. Slowly but surely i guess lol
Hey it ent really well!! I made a lot of decisions and I started lifting with the 35 pound weight withthe help of my boyfriend...it felt great and I feel great!! The first thing on my mind this morning was working out so i guess that a good thing!!
You are looking much better, keep it up. Eat lots of fish, lean meats, chicken, omlets, sweet potatoes, and lots of oatmeal. Whatever your cursed fod is, throw it out, ie.. chips, pizza, etc.. One thing that made a big difference for me and i saw the lbs melt away, was drinking. Stop drinking completely for about 3 months and you will see a major difference ( that is if you drink). ( beer, liqour)
I would be honored to have you pass on my transformation story. When you are telling it to people please put special emphasis on the role that the Lord had in my achieving the physical change but also in the complete reversal of my psychological outlook on life. Without His intervention I am positive I would have taken my own life and would never had the chance to enjoy this wonderful feeling.
Yes I remember! This will be fun to have someone to go through this with. I did really good yesterday. This week I was having trouble with dinner but last night I did really good!
