Get Stronger and keep my body fat in the single digits and be able to complete 40 consecutive pullups.
Goal (Long):
I want functional muscle and am looking to get my body fat to 5%, increasing my pullup max to 40, improving my Squat and Dealift to over 400#s, increase my vertical jump to 34", bring my 5k time under 20 minutes, and clean up my eating. I want to keep my body weight near the current range of 200-205.
