"Two months ago, I got put on blood pressure meds because my BP was 150/110. I am 29 years old... this is NOT acceptable. I have a wedding to attend in 4 months and 6 months respectively... I want to be down to 175 lbs minimum and I want off the BP me"

It doesnt look much different because I slacked off the month of June really. But I do seem to look thinner in the mid-section. We will see how it goes.
