"Two months ago, I got put on blood pressure meds because my BP was 150/110. I am 29 years old... this is NOT acceptable. I have a wedding to attend in 4 months and 6 months respectively... I want to be down to 175 lbs minimum and I want off the BP me"

Dude. How you been? Looks like you are having the same issues I have been having... yo-yo are us? I am getting back into it and hoping to get back down to where I was. What are you doing nowadays? Good deal. Thanks. I will look into it. I think I have figure out that I really need to work out more than 3 days a week. So I think I am going to go on a rotation or something. How's life otherwise?

How the heck did you shoot up over 200 again? Its cause you arent roving at Hines..... I bet thats it. Slacker. Get back online here and get to it... LOL... hope all is well Kevin.

No error.... my max over 10 years ago was 450lbs when I was 16 years old. I have worked since then to gain more overall leg strength. I didnt actually do 600+ today, but I did 12 reps at 450lbs, which according to BB.Com makes the 1 Rep Max 600+.

LOL... I dont use all of them all the time.... but I do take a lot. I really REALLY recommend a good multi-vitamin/mineral. Its the foundation to all supplements and very important for weight lifting. Other than that, I like CLA and Flaxseed Oil a lot. Otherwise.... Glutamine is great, I take it when I can, but forget a lot. Luckly, I get in my protein powder. I can tell you more about the ones I take later if you want. I gotta run to work now.
