Goal (Long):
As a kid i was pretty overweight. I came from a bad household and my grandparents took me in an absolutley spoiled me rotten n from there i started packing on the kilo's. it wasnt there fault for spoiling me i had a really good child hood but my physical appearance really suffered n i got picked on cliche' through school u know had the glasses the pimples all the problems. n thats wen i became obsess with training my body to become and elite specimen.
I started to make all the rugby league, union teams, started to box and really execeled. started looking over at bodybuilding.com constantly daily ritual and from there took it to another level. i want to be a symetrical freak no big but ppl go man that guy trains hard, hes got the body every1 wants, u ask him for advice. N wen i look in the mirror a am satisy and content with bein who i am an reaching the potential i kno i have!!!!!.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
"The Time has come" a lil motivational talk to remind myself of why i train and all the hard work that i put in pays off.. i also retract from all distractions so i am 110% ready to train.
