How I Started:
I originally started working out on my deployment to Korea, then messed around here and there, not really making any progress as I went to school. After graduating and heading to Officer Basic, I started focusing on the gym....and then I got deployed, and had nothing better to do......
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself, I enjoy the feeling you get just after a workout, when you are completely spent, and you know that you've really pushed yourself...then seeing the results from all that hard work
How I Stay Motivated:
try to change up the workout, change up the music, and track my progress from week to week
BB Accomplishments:
finally getting close to the 215 mark that I have always wanted to get to.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually shoot for 10-12 being that I am trying to put on mass, however I have recently been looking into mixing it up a little bit and doing the 12,10,8,6 series of reps
