I have stayed active over the years, but never really got into lifting until I did a year in Iraq. With a lot of time on my hands I figured I would start lifting and I ended up getting pretty addicted to it.
Why I Love It:
It gives me the feeling of accomplishment and I like being as healthy as I can.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel like a lazy ass if I don't work out.
I just found out that I have to have spine surgery at some point in the next few years so I'm really not looking forward to losing everything I've gained...is it worth it to keep going?
Well, I recently found out that I have to have spinal surgery w/in the next few years and I won't be able to do anything for 2-3 months and might not be fully recovered for up to a year...not to mention the other risk involved with the surgery. It almost seems worthless to continue to work out...

Hey, The sandbox is treating me ok. Just have to get use to the long hours and earlier gym times. I hope to pack on some pounds and get in a lot better shape after the holidays.

Thanks man! I've used a few of them, I wasnt too crazy about the hydroxy cut but I did like the Tetrazine extreme and Betastax made by bioquest, those seemed to work good!
