Background
I was 184lbs when I had my daughter & that was enough to shock me into fitness. Been at it hardcore for 5.5 years. I even had another child when my daughter was a year and half so I had to start over again. Still going strong!
I love the endorphine rush; I love to push myself, I love feeling & seeing the progress, I love it all!

• Plank 1:30sec
Stability ball crunches 1:30sec
(Do the above exercises 3x with an optional 30sec-1min break between sets)
• Side plank 1min
20 push-ups
Side plank other side 1min
(do the above exercises 2x with an optional 30sec-1min break between sets)
• Chest press 15reps
Medicine ball over-head triceps 1min
(do the above exercises 4x with an optional 30sec-1min break between sets)
• Cable curls 10reps, break for 10sec & repeat until 50reps are completed
• Back extensions on a stability ball 10reps, break for 10sec & repeat until 50reps are completed
• End with 4 sets of super legs
SUPER LEGS:
10 squats as fast as you can without weights
10 stationary lunges on each leg as fast as you can
10 jump lunges as fast as you can
10 jump squats as fast as you can
(do the above exercises back to back as quickly as possible, sit down for 1min-1:30sec, & repeat until 4 sets are completed)

Perform 30 reps each of the following ten exercises in as short amount of time as possible. Do not go on to the next exercise until all 30 reps are completed.
Dumbbell swings
Jumping lunges
Dips on a bench or chair
Ax swings with dumbbell
Sit-ups facing up a hill or on a stability ball
2 minutes of jump rope
Overhead press with a squat at the bottom of the movement
Box jumps on 12-20" inch box

Pull-Ups
