I had to workout for school basketball, and once my bench went from 185 to 205 in a month, ive been hooked ever since
Why I Love It:
To see my body change,i wanna get in better shape, and feel good about my body
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out, i just love everything about it, im always motivated when it comes to the gym, i love watching my body change, Branch Warren and Greg Plitt are some of my idols.

hey dude just wanted to ask... I'm "skinny" trying to get nice and big... how would you recommend I train? I've been given advice from other people and they suggest a 2 days split system (day 1 and day 4:legs/back/shoulder day 2 and 5:chest/arms and 2 days abs) Am quite new to all this was wondering if you had any advice?
