Awesome attitude! I feel the same! I was doing great for a while then we moved and it killed my momentum - I need to get back into it though - lets root for each other!

Hey Stryka - thanks for keeping tabs on me. Its nice to know someone cares ;). Still getting fit. It will be nice when I get to that maintenance only required stage. I just ran a ragnar relay with some family members though. Training for that has kept me in decent shape. Still cant wait to get back in the gym!

your not even that bad - you're going to get ripped in no time! With your diet get enough protien if you are working out with weights. YA - BRING IT ON! :)

Oh - diet . . . If want hardcore diet eat veggies and lean protien, and thats it! Lots of water, etc. Protien feeds muscle and more muscle burns more fat, but you allready know that. :) There are alot of good articles on here. Go to the supersite.

Well I dont know about what helps with running - you would know better than me, maybe stretching and yoga? But I have been doing Kris Gethin's transformation program. Its here on bb.com there is a link on my profile!

I started training Nov 08. I have been doing Kris Gethin's 12 week transformation program. I like it so far, I need to do the cardio aspect as well. Cardio isn't my favorite though. Really - awesome legs!

Hi BuffMother - Needing a little push. My fam and I are kinda in limbo at the moment and I had to settle on a gym that does not have a day care. Needless to say It's hard finding a time when I can go to the gym, and because of that it dominoes into the other aspects of leading a healthy lifestyle. I hate excuses, but it seems to be affecting my motivation in other areas (clean eating etc.). What would you do? I lOVE your hair btw!
