I am struggling lately. Because I am not able to go to the gym as regularly as I would like, and because I haven't been eating as well as I know I should be, I am having an inner battle that goes something like this . . . one little chocolate isn't going to throw everything off, well a...
Cool. Thanks. Ok, I've just uploaded scary pictures. I can't believe I'm posting these for everyone to see! I'm going to have to work on getting a new profile picture. :D I'm looking again at the Eat to Live where you just eat mostly veggies and fruits and then have a bit of nuts, legumes, oatmeal, etc. then adding in lean protein later on, like after a month or something. What do you think?
okay, I'm on it... just been looking at other peoples sites and trying to find a good fat shredding diet and workout plan that will mainly shred fat and help my running.... Any tips?
Tough situtation you've got...but you CAN do it! It's key for you to not have guilt about taking time for YOU to get your workout done each day. Also, be sure to have "at home" workout options. If you can get to the gym 2-4 days a week and workout at home a couple of times on top of that you'll make great progress. Just keep up your determination to get it done and KEEP your NO EXCUSES attitude!!!
I am sure you will figure out a schedule that you will adapt too. I am a morning person, but I like how working out at night doesn't take away from my daughter's time with me. We live alone so I really don't have much of a choice anyway- lol. Everything will fall into place in time because you are motivated! :-)
Being consistent has been the biggest challenge for me. Just stay focused and without a doubt you will go from "ho hum to hot damn"....you'll probably buy a bikin or two as well.lol Keep working hard and thanks for the compliment.
