Pull ups! Absolutely adore them. I call them the "humbler". You think you're strong until you try one. What an eye opener. You are strong if you can pull yourself up 10x plus. The natural results are toned, lean, defined upper back, arms and shoulders.

I now stick to using one product, Jan Tana (competition tan - foam). Mixing pro tan and jan tana doesn't work for me anymore. Thanks for the compliment. I apply my own tan. Now, if I could figure out how get between my shoulder blades I would be totally independent. Good luck!
By the way, I am convinced that those products have a shelf life. Don't use what was left in the bottle from last year. Throw it away, if not you might turn green.

Eatng clean and exercising are my anti-aging supplements. Also I try to keep my stress levels to a minimum. Lastly, get plenty of anti-oxidants. I drink Zija.

The Arnold I hear is twice as crazy. I will definitely be at the Arnold, working at Premier Nutrition's booth. But maybe, if I pray hard to the figure gods and I take some good pictures, I can convince the panel to extend an invitation to me to compete in the IFBB Pro Figure Division. See you there.
