To get into the best shape of my life, to be a good example to my son.
Goal (Long):
I want to weigh in at about 225 with 10% bodyfat. 20" arms and 34" waist. I have always wanted to bench and squat over 400lbs. Id like to be in and stay in the best shape of my life for health reasons and so that I can play sports with my son and teach him how to live a healthy lifestyle.
