How I Started: all i really wanted was to get abs. i remember going into gnc and asking the clerk for a pill that would give me abs. she looked at me and said it was more complicated then that and so my journey began. my dad also said abs didnt run in our family. i just got sick of girls not being interested in me and embarassed to take my shirt off.
Why I Love It: i love the way my muscles pump up and swell while working out and seeing the little improvements that youve worked so hard for over time. sometimes i get a boner and have to go pleasure myself in the stalls next to some dude taking a shit
How I Stay Motivated: i love to lift wights and move heavy weights so i dont really need any motivation.
BB Accomplishments: deadlifting 495 on my fourth lift at a powerlifting meet when i was 23 weighing 187lbs. the following meet i did i passed out in the middle of the repetition with 450lbs

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
on heavy basics like bench, squat, deadlift and shoulder press, barbell curl and close-grip benches i go heavy and low reps. but i always pyramid the weight up and pyramid the reps down

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
i usually only rest long enough to catch my breath or gather myself. on squats and deadlifts it takes me a few minutes to catch my breath
