well my dad gave me two dumbells then i broke my hand and got a bench with leg extension and pec dec for xmas so all i did was do leg extensons and my legs got big so when my hand got better i started to build up and play rugby

Sorry i have been gone a while I have been getting pump with cardio now. I like it and dont like it but it is improving my body alot better. more muscle and my abs are coming back to a six pack again. happy holidays just keep up the gym work.

IDK about forearms, but carb loaded my upper arms are prolly around.... 17"+ (cold). IDK what exactly though.

Thanks, man! I've been cutting for a little while now. I dropped the fat fast which is great, but on the down side I lost it too fast. I lost some muscle!! I'm not too stressed cuz I know muscle memory will let me get it back super fast. Presently I'm 5'7", 195 pounds with a 32" waist. Visible sic-pack, but doesn't look too great. Best bodyparts are upper and lower arms and upper legs. As for measurements: IDK.
