my training split is mad bro i train each body part twice a week low reps first 5x5 high reps next ,i train clafs up 2 4 times a week and abs everyday,today ive trained hamstrings calfs 25rep sets that was this mornng 2night i trained chest and bis low reps also did abs :)

my diet is ok not perfect i eat a lot of protien ,chicken mostly,egss steak and tuna as well and a lot of protien shakes throughout the day carbs come from rice jacket spuds and oats,,,, my downfull is i love indian food....

k now on thur i do my other routine my width
barbell rows 5 sets 10-12 rep
see u can only do free weights so u cant do my width routine just stick to my thickness workout for now that will get u some mass cuz i do like lat pulldowns and seated cable rows thats not free weight

k well my thickness routine is on mon and i start off
deadlift 4 sets 6-12 reps
barbell rows 3 sets 10-12 reps
t bar rows 3 sets 10-12
1 arm dumbbell rows 3 sets 10-12
