Well, this is my first time writing a bodyblog, so hello, to anyone reading this.
I have recently decided to get serious about my lifting. For too long I have just been lackadaisical (ohh, big word) about my lifting, just lifting 2 times a week at most.
Started varsity as a sophmore great accomplishment! I started at week side for all four years of high school! What weight and plyo program are you using? What are you doing deit wise?
