Starting Anew....

Well, this is my first time writing a bodyblog, so hello, to anyone reading this. I have recently decided to get serious about my lifting. For too long I have just been lackadaisical (ohh, big word) about my lifting, just lifting 2 times a week at most. I have, for the past 2 weeks, looking at my food intake and workout routine, not changing anything...and wow. I....AM....CRAP. I ususally never eat breakfast...so we can skip that... For lunch I rarely eat a sandwich or something when I am home, I just grab some sweets out of the fridge. The times that I do eat a "real" lunch, I have...
