Serious mass taste pretty decent i usually blend it up with a bunch of fruit and milk. For gaining weight optimum gold doesn't have enough calories and carbs in it. If you blend serious mass with fruit and stuff it taste pretty good.

you wanna gain mass take product called serious mass, take half the serving in morning and other half right after working out. Also just eat alot 5-6 times a day 3000 calories a day 160g protein 300 + carbs a day. do some searching on bodybuilding.com on what foods to eat and such. good luck. stay commited.
