As a bodybuilder I find it's detrimental to get stronger. I do five sets of ten and eat nothing but oatmeal and chicken breast and complain about staying the same size

yea well i'm recovering from an ED and dont really care about training all the time now, I do train some, but not tons. Yea i know ive gained fat but I dont care, just happy with life.

You've got the attitude. That's better than genetics and no tolerance for hard work. Looked at your program.....perfect for strength and mass. No wonder you're comin' along fine. Great deads, will have over twice bodyweight for reps in no time. That'll get you stronger, which will help you get bigger, which will get you stronger, which.....
