What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Breakfast-
6 eggs+ 1 piece of cheese +2-3 oz of ground beef or left over steak
4 pieces of toast
16 oz whole milk
Lunch-
Liter of whole milk
Post workout-
16 oz of whole milk, 3 pastuerized eggs, 1 scoop of bodyfortress whey
either bananas or ice cream
dinner
8 oz of beef or pork chops, corn or potatoes or something like that, some green vegetables
3 pastuerized eggs and 16 oz of whole milk before i go to bedBreakfast-
