What bicep workout has worked best for you?
STRAIGHT SETS HIGH VOLUME.. Usually 4 exercises. Then 6-8 reps per exercise for 5 to 6 sets . It has worked for me.. Now its helping hold my power while losing weight!

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
New routine. Moderately Heavy weight for 6 sets for 4-6 reps per body part,and at least two to three exercises.

Now that I can work out again, I'm gonna have to start all over! It's over three months out of the gym. Im up to 328 lbs. and my strength is not that great! Gonna have to work double time threw the holidays!

Thanks for asking how training was going! It going alright. Had to take a break from the gym but now attacking the weights with a passion. Looking at hitting 250 by the end of October.

Training is going well. I have been trying to get as big as possible before trying to lose the fat. I started a new diet Monday. I'm 4 days in. Wish me luck!

Training is going well. 3-4 times a week, and trying to be diligent about supplements. I could always eat better though.
