How I Started:
I knew I had to get started after dropping 75 lbs on a low carb diet. I had to tighten up my tiny 4'11" frame. Though I am a cardio fanatic, I need to be more focused on weight training which is why I came to this site for help and motivation.

I need alittle motivation then I have right now. With so many stresses in my life it is hard to concentrate but with summer around the corner, I want to walk around in my bikin without a cover up this year!

This pic is blurry but yes it is me with alittle darker hair. Wow, looking at this, I can't believe I got to this point! 187 lbs!
Though I took the weight off around the year 2003-2004, this was one of the first pics taken of me since then. Not a full body but the only one I have. 110 lbs!

Goal (Long):
About 6-7 yrs ago I lost approx. 75 lbs following a low carb diet, though I went from over 185 lbs to 110 lbs, I seem to fluctuate now and I have never really gotten as fit as I should have. I do cardio religiously but I know that I have to weight train more to get the muscle tone I am looking for. I have to follow a better diet, though I do eat clean, I do not eat enough, for fear of gaining weight back. I have to overcome this fear and dive head first into this lifestyle. I am ready to make that change and I am looking forward to this journey!
Do any actually work? I think I need a little supplemental pump. I am drinking water like crazy and eating clean, working out 4-5x a week but can't drop these 8 lbs, go up and down 1 lb! HELP!
