"To look great without a shirt on.(really a guy only has to look good walking from the bed to the bathroom!)"

Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Sex: Male
Age:
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States
Occupation: construction
Personal Website:
Gym: Bally's
Gym Location:
When I Started: Jun, 2006
How I Started: I had high cholesterol over 300 and either had to take the pills or change my diet and exercise. So I joined a gym. Started working out with a personal trainer. at first just to get myself educated on proper techniques but then I got addicted to training with him. I dropped my cholesterol to 197, I was 170lbs when I started and am now 158lbs.
Why I Love It: Feels great challenge myself to lift more every week and I love the change my body has gone thru. Best of all I'm happy when I look in the mirror. I'm not afraid to take my shirt off, And love getting a second look from both sexes.
How I Stay Motivated: My personal trainer is a big driving force in my abiliity to stay motivated. He pushes me to make new gains during every session even if I come in to tired to lift. He's great at mixing up my routines so I don't get bored. He's probably the main reason I look and feel as good as I do. I do train hardest with a partner. If I train alone I tend not go to complete failure and don't get the intense workouts we all need. I had a great oppurtunity to train with him and another guy at the same time and that was a blast. The competition helped drive each of us to failure.
BB Accomplishments: My shoulders arms and chest have seen the bigest change. My abs have kind of been the same since my mid 20's so they dont take much work to look hot.

This was taken January 1st 2008. Abs have been looking the same since my mid 20's. Occationally cover by beer but form was always there.  Relaxed picture after a workout session.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To look great without a shirt on.(really a guy only has to look good walking from the bed to the bathroom!)
Goal (Long): I don't think I want to compete professionally but I do want to look good. I see alot of guys my age that are way over weight and I wonder how do they let themselves get like that? So my main goal is to stay as fit as I can as I age. I enjoy lifting and running and it helps blow off stress. I had a neighbor come over one day to invite me to a party and as I was standing in the driveway talkin to him he said "hey dude your really buffin up" Man I gotta tel ya that felt great to hear. But should I accidentally find myself entering a competition well cool. I want to develope my chest, arms and shoulders as my main goal, and work my legs as a filler for the days when I can't work my upper body.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 2 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

strong, lean build you have there. The abs are looking great and youv'e got some good definition. You're WELL on your way to reaching that goal as you already would have my vote for looking good w/o the shirt on :)
