How I Started:
Being a skinny guy all my life, one day I woke up and just wanted to change my life.
Why I Love It:
The challenge. Everyone pities the weak, jealousy you have to earn.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends, the more you do it, the more you stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I put on 40lbs of muscle by cutting body fat and adding muscle mass and going from 135lbs to 168lbs in less than 6 months. I think it's quite an accomplishment considering I was an extreme beginner with no athletic background what so ever and knowing little about fitness. Also I was coming off a 9 month 60/hour a week addiction to WoW. I want to add an additional 40lbs... so here I go.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder Impingement. Stopped lifting for 9 months. Also Injured my knee from doing a dead lift like a hack squat.
