i get wat you mean man, sorry so long in reply. i did back today and here's wat i did (big work out) bent over barbell rows 3 sets of 8-12 with palms facing foward as one workout and palms facing towards me as another. then i did bent over t-bar rows for 3 sets of 8-12 as well. i did seated cable rows 3sets of 10 and close grip lat pulldowns. and last i did bent over dumbbell rows 3 sets of 10. keep it up man!
dude get some hardcore incline chest workouts goin, you got hella lower pec definition from flat and decline it seems, hit some lat workouts to, you'd look 8 times bigger
everything went up. i can curl 20's 8 times and 25's 3 times and 30's once. and i got musale now. and im still in a bulk now. im bulking till march. so i get 160 or march whicheverone comes first. then cuttin for summer. but did u go up.
