How I Started:
i went to spain and people there have beautiful faces and beautiful bodies and i completely fell in love. therefore i realized that i cannot expect perfection from somebody else until i achieve it myself.
Why I Love It:
cardio is a great confidence booster. not that i need any help with self esteem, it just feels good to be alive and active in the morning without two jugs of cofee.
How I Stay Motivated:
i love to run and do weights and i set short term goals for myself (which of course i do not always keep but i try...)

Goal (Long):
I want to feel perfectly comfortable with my body in every situation. I am 6 feet tall and unlike other tall women, i was lucky enough to inherit my mom's wide hips and my dad's broad shoulders! okay, the tall females i know are very tall and skinny. I want a six pack, and to lose a lot of body fat. I don't care if I look big, I'd like for almost every muscle in my body to be seen.

i am pretty new at this and although I know how to eat, what to eat, and even when to eat, i mess up my eating habits at least twice a week. there are days when i'm just hungry all of the time. They arent even cravings, just hunger and no matter what I eat I dont feel satisfied. How do you keep...
Well it took 8 months to lose that fat
(260 lbs to 176 lbs)
I set my diet calorie intake to my rmr (resting metabolic rate) which was 2000 calories
I then would do about 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting 4 days a week and 2 days a week I would do 1 hour of cardio each (try to burn 600 calories every day this way you drop a conistant 1 lb of fat per week)
