How I Started:
I have A wedding coming up in August and I am trying to lose the last of my baby weight.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after I am done. Its just getting into it thats hard for me. My Fiance gets my motivated to start and helps me stay motivated right to the end of my workouts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have UFC on the TV usually. Their trainings are intense and I love the body that Rachelle Lea has. (Which is eventually my goal) So we keep pictures of her in the house to remind me of what I want.

I used to be an unhealthy 115 when I met my fiance. Then I had my son and ended up around 135. I would like to get down to a healthy 115 with some muscle rather than looking sick.
