How I Started:
I started at home. In December of 2005 I weighted 186lbs. I decided to make a permeanant change. I made alot of progress but I needed more of a challenge. So I decided to go to the gym. I worked out with friends until Feb. 2007. I worked with an amazing personal training for the next 8 months. Thanks Chris. I learned so much and I have been able to make alot of progress solo. At this time, I am training for my first bikini model comp.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good, it decreases my stress and I love the burn I get. I want to be the sexy mom in the car pool;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I self motivate. It is apart of my life now. I am motivated by people like me that make a decision to change.

For almost 3 weeks I have just been eating.  Freedom didn't feel free.  I really can't wait to be back on a plan.  So I will do another show.  And begin another plan.  April is the deadline.  Nov 30th is the start line.  The journey begins.
