Background

When I Started: Dec 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I started at home. In December of 2005 I weighted 186lbs. I decided to make a permanent change. I made alot of progress but I needed more of a challenge. So I decided to go to the gym. I learned so much and I have been able to make alot of progress with the support of friends and peers. Ok, update. I have been postpartum a year. I have lost all the baby weight and I plan to train for a 2013 show. Im not sure what division. I will let my training and body lead the way.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out because it makes me feel good, it decreases my stress and I love the burn I get. I want to be the sexy mom in the car pool;);)

Motivation is something that can inspire change, progression and/or achievement.  2010 was my year.  Feel free to check out my pics.  I hadn't won a show.  I hadn't gone pro but all the goals I had set forth were crushed.  I was on cloud 9.5.  Then life happened.  I got married.  I got pregnant.  I had a baby all within a years time.  No more 6 pack.  Hello again to the dreaded back fat.  Was I angry....yes!!  Was I sad....yes!!!  Was I happy for the blessings....yes!!  But all this up and down is heller on the motivati...

New Motivation

Delivered a baby girl May 4th.  Loss 20lbs my first 6 weeks.  Plan to breastfeed 6-12 months.  Goal is to loss 34lbs in the next 6months.  14 remain from pregnancy, 20 remain from last post show weight gain.  This is going to be harder the then the last time.  I miss my abs and my muscles.  Coco Barbie She Hulk with Diva Swag is back.  Did you miss me??

I am about to try Yor Health products while Im in my off season.  I hope that the products are worth the price.  I will post pics every 4 weeks so that I can monitor the results.  If they work, I will post a site where they can be ordered.
