In just over a year I went from a scrawny 135 pounds to a lean 160 pounds.

Goal (Long):
I plan to leave Iraq in a couple of months weighing in at 180 pounds. I also set some goals for myself as far as lifting goes. I have deadlifted 405 twice, but I am striving for 465 once, since that is three times my body weight. I also plan to rep out 225 10 times easily. These are my long term goals by the time I leave Iraq.
