Been educating myself on proper nutrition.  First realization; Most of us do not get enough of the minerals and vitamins our body needs to ward off disease, overcome ailments and stay healthier longer.  Our food supply does NOT have the nutrition we need in sufficient quantity to nutrify our bodies and minds daily.  I've now discovered that we need 90 nutrients in our daily routine to treat, ward off and reverse over 900 ailments and heal bone, cartilage and tissue so it's perfect...
