I have always wanted to get good at lifting and when I deployed to Iraq I met some guys that said they would help me get started. I worked with them for a few weeks. Then it was time to go back to the states. After I left Iraq I stopped going to the gym and I really slacked off. Now I am back with a new goal. I am not so much wanting to get built as much as I am just wanting to get trimmed up.
Why I Love It:
It helps to relax my and to clear my head which for me is a very good thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing and knowing the difference it will make. Plus the better shape I am in the easier it will be to get promoted so its a win win situation.
BB Accomplishments:
Well I have lost about 15 lbs since Jan. and I have shaved about 3 min off my 2 mile run time.
I am now looking to just get in shape again. I have put on a lot of weight since I quit working out. I am now just trying to get trim. I do not care to be huge. I just want to have a little bit of definition. I am still really new to working out but I am learning and I am always pushing myself to do better.
