hi timmy, how are you? i'm not so good, i was almost in australia, Rio tinto interviewed me and then because of the global financial crisis stopped recruitment!!!! and it was the final interview.... and i got retrenched last month because our company lost 4 big contracts.... what luck hey....
hiya,glad to hear your winning!just dont over do it,dont wanna lose that hard earned muscle..im settled now been shaping and tightening up dropped to 103kg around 11% so will start prepping now,prob will put on another 3/4kg lean w and just get tighter till june then through august its hardcore..coaches say i shld go for worlds this year so long year ahead.keep in touch,much love ant

my gym is closed for a week to refurbish the aircons etc so i'm giving my body it's break for the whole year, i hear this will also stimulate more muscle growth!
