What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
my lower back. im still injured and i am recovering through physio and taking it easy on my leg workouts.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
bad techniuqe or from a weak body part!
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Why or why not?
Because it helps me stay motivated knowing that i have told people so now i have to follow through on my words.
