My goal is losing 10kg of bodyfat while maintaining the muscle i have by March 20th 2008.
Goal (Long):
i'm sick and tired of not being in the shape i want to be... right now my body being in bad shape is preventing me from living life to the fullest and thats what i want! My goal is losing 10kg of bodyfat while maintaining the muscle i have by March 20th 2008.
To achieve my main goal my daily/weekly goals are:
* i will eat 6 small meals a day.
* i will do 3 fullbody weight sessions per week.
* i will drink 4.5L of water per day.
* i will do 3 cardio sessions (at least) per week.
To keep me accountable for my weekly/daily goals i will record what i have achieved in a training/nutrition journal each day.
Why dont i achieve my goals? why dont i get the job done? why do i stay complacent and think that if i keep doing the same old things im going to get different results!? isnt that the meaning of insanity!
All i know is that i have to change my mindset. i need to look to the people of the...

I actually live about 20 mins from ft. lauderdale... I go to 24 Hour Fitness in Coral Springs and love it. I would think there is probably a la fitness in ft. lauderdale. I can find out and get back to you because my buddy is a personal trainer for la fitness..
I workout at my company gym because it's nice as hell and free. I have heard good things about LA Fitness at 3825 North Federal Highway and Gold's gym at 1427 E. Commercial Blvd. Both are big gyms with nice amenities. Golds even has a boxing center.
start with your diet the lovely eat every 3 hours rule... will be amazed by doing this and some cardio you will start to drop weight takes time though No quick fixes, sorry... but worth the effort dont believe in diet pills ...GOOD luck..TC
