Aww buddy i had the flu 2 weeks ago too. I was out of the gym for a week! But thats why i worked out harder than ever this week to make up for being out. Not much u can do once your sick. I know exactly what you are going through. You will be back better and stronger!!!

yes or else you will overtrain..and instead of getting bigger you will get smaller because you will be using the muscles as an energy source.
