When I Started: Oct 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I started back last year because i really wanted to lose weight. I only just realise now looking at the pics how fat i really was.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It gives me more energy and makes me feel better about myself.

conskey i hav 3 friends who are canny fat and i tell them 2 get to the the gym wif is and they all say i carnt be arsed.but now i think im getting to them, all 3 of them hav just started to come jogging wif is.i Hav had abs quite a lnong time because i hav done footy for 10 years but just started to go to the gym in october 2008 nd i always do it in my room.so wat workout are u doing to get a 6 pack,nd that will show all the people who called u.write back Mar 20, 2009 8:15am
