this is the best way to get lean fast:
3 eggs with multigrain bread or oatmeal in the AM before work/scholl whatever
3 hours later- protein shake (i reccomend myoplex but ON is good also)
3 hours later- Tuna or chicken sandwich on multigrain bread
3 hours later- protein shake
3 hours later- some kind of meat either pork, chicken, turkey, lean fat reduced ham.

yea before noon ill eat pizza or rips or something. After noon it's all protein, multigrain bread, and healthy foods. Also. I do cardio from 430 til 530pm when I do it. If you want to eat clean that's even better, but I love food to much to be 100% on the diet lol. Im gonna send you the best diet that I have used in the past and still use today. I do weights 4 days a week and then run on the 3 off days about 5-6 miles. I go all out for the first mile and a half and then a nice jog for the next 3 1/2 miles. I eat protein every 3 or 4 hours and whatever the hell i want before noon. The key to the tone comes from not eating heavy after noon. stick to whey protein and basic carbs like potatos and multigrain bread after that. My metabolism is lightning fast because U can get there man believe me. If I can help u with anything let me know!
