To be honest, I don't do any abdominal work in isolation any more. I have used weighted crunches 3 sets with 15kg (30lb) plate behind the head @ 20 reps or so twice to 3 times a week. Other than that, squats give them a good contraction.
Of course the low bodyfat is a must - which it looks like you already have.
