Today was spent in the squat rack.
3 x 8 Squat
5 x 8 Lunges
5 x 8 Front Squat
3 x 8 Squat
3 x 15 Calf Raises
By the end I wasn't even in pain. I was beyond the pump, beyond the pain. My mind was not conscious of the fact that I had passed my body's threshold. I now ride...
