Overall Goal: Got off track since June 09 - but am back on track as of Oct 24th! I'm shooting to keep my weight the same - which is 229lbs now and add muscle on enough to stay at that same weight.

Just wanted to change my life around for the better.
Why I Love It:
The pump - most everyone likes it - it's addicting in a good way. I also like the compliments and the occasional "dang look at you!" I also want to look good for the beach and in Fl it's year around pools and beaches so you gotta look your best everytime!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read up in various magazines about new routines and try to improve my techniques and lifting. I also like having a good workout partner cause sometimes that extra push goes a long way.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost twenty five pounds since two years ago and am never looking back again! Dropped a lot of bodyfat too in the process.

Goal (Long):
Looking to gain ten pounds of muscle and get body fat down to 12% and 229lbs by Jan 1 2010.
He's a great example of determination in the height of frustration! This dude keeps going strong even after an injury could've put him down.. I hope I look like him at his age when I get there.
I have done P90X. I did not follow the eating plan or the video progression exactly how it was laid out and still got amazing results. I cannot even imagine what I would have looked like had I followed the plan. I highly recommend it!

thats good to hear diets are sometimes hard...ill take pics within the next couple weeks...im getting some nice stretch marks in between my shoulders its awesome!!
I try to eat more seafood and fish..salmon rocks! I usually grill it and drizzle olive oil and capers. Check out my blog as I have a meal plan and try (well most times haha) to eat healthy. I will be following your progress bro. Cheers
thats incredible dude keep it up especially because your cutting...i really dont want to cut im so use to eating so much and gaining a lot of weight but idk
good good man..im trying to gain as much as possible man...it might sound stupid but i think im doing too much cardio to gain weight like i want to...i just need to stick to bulking haha, but im re-joining my gym today!! im pumped about that
I be holding you to that..I have just rediscovered my love affair with nutella...2 jars in a week! Injury is gettin better but gonna be at least 2 weeks before I can resume to beast training mode again!
