I was going to go and look for pullup bar and floor mat for the P90x program that I purchased but I work nights and went straight home to get some much needed rest. I have a couple of days off and I will go search for the equipment needed.

um... it just hit me one day litterally that i was the only person who could make me happy, so i did what was nessicary to make me happy, and looking good is a big part of that!
well thank you, i had a christmas setback, and i had surgery in november, and then i moved from texas to oregon in febuary, i have had alot of set back... motivation??? not being fat! lol... i really want that body of steel so bad i can taste it... set backs yes... lack of motivation?? NO!!! Glad you made it back safe! just do it and stop thinking about it!
Long story short I do cardio and circuit weight training. Strict diet consisting of lots of protein. And try to eat every 2 to three hours and start taking a multivitamin
