How I Started:
I always was active before and during highschool, i worked out occasionally to stay in shape and to have decent size for lacrosse. Now that I am out of sports and need to stay in shape I am going to body build ;)
Why I Love It:
love to know that i can build goals for my body and make new goals when i accomplish old ones
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by just thinking about what outcome can come from body building
and ofcoarse- looking at all the progress pictures of everyone on here. this site is amazing and everyone one here inspires me
