I started working out in college. I'd never played sports, but was big from birth. When I started, I loved the increased size and strength I received! After 3 years, my arms went from a puny 16" to 18.5" and I loved every bit of it! After a 3 year break after graduation, I'm back at it again. My arms started at about 17" and are now pushing 21" in a matter of 6 months! I LOVE THIS!! I WANT MORE!!!
Why I Love It:
Size and stength, simply put. I love being a monster and having the strength to back it up! That, and it's good for my health. I feel alot better, too!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Music. I pump the metal into my ears each and every workout. Blessed are the mp3 players...
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not a bodybuilder, nor do I claim to be one. Sure, I'd like to look better, but for me, the health and strength are what I am after. My major accomplishments occur every time I get to the gym. I'm happy.

Trim it down and lose that damn gut!! Cut till the end of the year, then beef it up HARDCORE for Spring. Ultimate goal: Feel confident about going outside without a shirt on. And scare little children...
Well, here I am again. I haven't posted in a while so I decided to go ahead and write something interesting for y'all to read. This time around, I'm not focusing so much on motivations or observations, but on people I see on the ol' boob-tube that I find to be just amazing. I'll go ahead and...
Currently, I'm doing a 3-4 day split. My routine just changed up and is working good for me now. The number of exercises under each day are not what I do for entire day, but are a list of my arsenal. I choose between 3-5 for each body part to do, then call it quits. Those marked with an...

Awesome progress pics on that cut bro. I can't wait till I hit 8-10% bf and try my first PH cycle. I'm going with 3AD so I'll be making a thread for rep advice for sure.
I think I'm overdue for randomly leaving an insulting comment on a fellow AX rep's wall. Unfortunately for you, you're my favorite fellow rep to rip on (*imagines calling Brent a big hairy sasquatch). Hahaha, well I hope you're still enjoying your 3-AD cycle, and eating peanut butter straight from the jar, like some bulemic on a pre-purge eating binge. :P
Peace,
